My Very First Blog

Yay! This is my very first blog... Why did I create it? I don't know. I just felt like there have been significant happenings in my life lately, and there's no suitable place to capture them. I don't keep a diary, btw. =)

To begin with, last Thursday (or was it Wednesday?), I bumped into this guy (I call him Ah Cheang) in Pacific Megamall. A little bit of history, I got to know Ah Cheang from a trip to Redang last year (somewhere around May). Of all the people, I met him in Redang, a small island in Malaysia. What are the odds that I would meet him in another island, namely Penang Island after almost a year?

After calculating the odds, I was like.. "Nah... No way". I walked away. I did some shopping, and while walking towards the car park, I thought to myself... "Wait, what if it's really him? Let me give him a call...." I took out my handphone, and started searching through the address book, while walking to the car park. Suddenly, I noticed someone standing near the main entrance of Pacific Megamall. Can you believe it? It's Ah Cheang!! I thought to myself, what odds? Without hesitation this time, I approached him, and ask if it's him. He looked at me funny, and remembered me! We chatted for about 10 mins or so before parting our own ways.

What can I say... These events simply dazzles me... Our path crossed in Redang, then went our separate ways, then crossed again in Penang Island. This coincidence is interesting, and also intriguing. Could this be just mere coincidence, or something more? Could this mean or translate to something that would happen in the future? Would our path cross again? Maybe..., maybe not even in this lifetime... Who knows?

Anyway, this event triggered me to start writing blogs. =) Hopefully I'll make it a habit to report out all the interesting events that happened to me.
